✦ Age Concerns + Consent:

All clients must be over the age of 18 to commission the Artist. Those who are underage are strictly prohibited from the Artist's spaces. If other routes are taken to disregard the Artist's boundaries, the person(s) will be permanently blacklisted. No excuses.

✦ Getting Prepared:

  • Reliable source of Payment. (PayPal or CashApp)

  • Capability to respond to messages within a 24-48 hour timespan.

  • Able to use messaging services. (Discord or Telegram)

  • Familiarity with using Google Forms and submitting an application(s).

  • All Character References, Detailed Images, Etc must be clear and eligible.

  • Pre-existing image(s) for Direct Composition/Reference or Artistic Liberty.

Artist accepts Artistic Liberty and Direct Composition.

Direct Composition:
Pre-existing drawings, images, photography can be used as reference. No Ai generated images please!
The Artist WILL NOT accept long detail writings to explain the concept.
Images as simple as Stick-Figure drawings are acceptable!Artistic Liberty:
Full range to compose the drawing for your commission with inspiration based off of key terms or themes given by you, the client.
Two or More terms, themes, expression/feeling, anything to inspire a concept/pose.
Do's and Don'ts are not necessary, it does help and will be followed!

✦ Refunds:

If you are looking to commission the Artist and may be at risk of a refund, commissioning the Artist is kindly discouraged due to the fact most to all of the income made from commissions is spent on bills, prescriptions, therapy, food, needs and more. When there is a requested refund from a client(s) the Artist will then take on another commission or sell ych/adoptable in order to fill in what needs to be returned. All refunds will be preformed through PayPal or CashApp.

  • Not Started: 100% refund.

  • 1st WIP Sketch Phase: 75% refund.

  • 2nd WIP Sketch Phase: 50% refund.

  • Completed: 0% refund.

✦ Payment Plans:

The Artist offers payment plans for commissions that reach over $100, the higher the price the more work that is to be done. With larger sized commission projects, it takes various steps to complete make that also act as a template to organize payment plans for the client(s). The Artist does not like to leave client(s) empty handed when work is paid for. For example, if one were to commission the artist for a Reference Sheet the Artist would break down each step it would take to complete the Reference sheet by-monthly.

  • First Month.. Payment is made.. WIP Sketches

  • Second Month.. Payment is made.. Line Work

  • Third Month.. Payment is made.. Coloring

  • Fourth Month.. Payment is made.. Completion/Further Rendering

  • ( Client(s) are more than welcome to discuss a payment plan that can work with the situation at hand, maximum of 5 months payment plan . )

✦ Commission/YCH Routine Process:

Custom Commissions:

Submitting an Application: Once the Artist opens for commissions, the public will have a timeframe to fill and submit a form through Google Forms. Please do not rush filling your application, the Form closes 48 hours after announcement.

The Artist Will Contact: If your Commission Application has been chosen for the Queue, the Artist will contact you through information given in your Form. (If the client is unable to respond within 24-48 hours, the slot will be given to another interested client!)

1ST WIP Sketch: Once Payment is gathered, the Artist will return with the first concept sketch for your commission. Here the drawing will be simple, similar to a storyboard!

2ND WIP Sketch: After the First WIP Sketch has been approved, the Artist will return again with a further revised sketch. Character details, props, background, anything that creates a smooth path into completion.

LINEART, COLORING, UPDATES: When the WIP Sketch is approved and finalized, working towards completion will begin as soon as possible! The Artist will send updates as progress continues, allowing chance for edits to be made to line-art, coloring, etc.

COMPLETION + Delivery: Once all client(s) have approved of the completed commission piece, the Artist will send all files associated to the commission over email. (All information will be gathered in Forms!)

YCH Commissions:

Claiming a Slot/YCH: When the Artist opens for YCHs, they will have written information on the flexibilities of quality for the YCH Commission. Depending on what is written, you will be able to claim a Slot/YCH based on the instructions. All YCHs are hosted in the Artist's Discord ONLY.

Once The Artist Gives You The YCH/Slot: You will be directed on how to contact the Artist, where the Artist will gather method of Payment, Character References, and Delivery Email for completed work.

Gathering Payment: Based on the Payment method chosen by the client, the Artist will invoice/request payment so Work can begin. All Payments must be fulfilled!

Making Edits to the YCH "Base Sketch": The Artist will draw to create edits to the YCH's WIP sketch to match the features of the Character(s) chosen for the YCH.

YCH 2ND WIP Sketch: Once the Artist has made changes to the YCH's sketch, they will send it the client where more changes upon request can be made.

LINEART, COLORING, UPDATES: When the YCH WIP Sketch is approved and finalized, working towards completion will begin as soon as possible! The Artist will send updates as progress continues, allowing chance for edits to be made to line-art, coloring, etc.

COMPLETION + Delivery: Once all client(s) have approved of the completed YCH commission piece, the Artist will send all files associated to the commission over email. (All information will be gathered during beforehand!)

✦ Completion Time:

All Commissions are placed onto the Queue in an order to achieve a promised timeframe of completion.Once payment is received, all Commissions will begin with the First WIP Sketch within 7-10 days. After the First Wip Sketch is approved, the Artist will return with a Second WIP Sketch in another 7-10 days. Once approved, the Artist will then continue to line, color, and send updates upon Completion. All Commissions range in complexities, the constant goal is to complete work within 1-2 months after Payment has been received. (3 months Tops for Life Unexpectances causing delay for Work.)

Estimated Time for Completion:
1-2 Months.

✦ Edits + Charges:

1ST WIP SKETCH PHASE: Any minimal changes can be made to the pose, however if the client requests a new pose or concept there will be a charge up to 30% of the original commission price.

2ND WIP SKETCH PHASE: A maximum of three minor changes can be made free of charge. Facial expressions, character details, or contributions based on the clients requests. If there are major or repetitive changes made, each change will be $10-$25 depending on the complexity.

LINEART, COLORING, DETAIL WORK: A maximum of three minor changes can be made free of charge. Lineart details for fur, markings for characters, or forgotten details. Anything further than three chances will result in a $15 fee.

COMPLETED: Once the commission is completed, the Artist will no longer make further edits or contributions without graduity! Thank you!

As everyone goes through, Life can come with unexpectancies! Through announcements in the Artist's Discord Server, the Artist will post updates on how progress with owed work is coming along. However, any physical or mental health, or even unpredicted life situations can affect the Artist's chances to work.At most, the Artist will take time off to allow Wrist Recovery from drawing for Work!
