Samuel ✦ 25 ✦ He/Him
My interest in art began at a very young age, possibly as early as elementary school. I was so intrigued with drawing I would get my sketchbooks taken away during class for "not paying attention".
As I got older my skills grew, I managed to make my very first fursuit in 2017. Managed to get an oil-pastel project from my art class featured in a local college campus. Taught myself how to animate and work around various other digital programs and physical media.
While the world got more serious, I began to grow serious. Living in a world that's growing too fast for me, I've been striving to better focus and organize my artwork in hopes to eventually maintain a living off of my work. I still have massive amounts of space to take up in terms of growing up, just doing what I can with what I have.
➤ What Is Your "Fursona"?
At the time my fursona is a fox-tasmanian devil hybrid of some sorts with enchanting magical abilities. At his core he possesses a draconequus spirit, which enables him to change and manipulate his form and environment around him in anyway he desires. Most of the time his magical influences are based off of emotional drive, while sometimes his abilities can be hard to maintain which can cause him to change into chaotic forms of various shapes and sizes. For the time being he roams in a open world created with his own hands, just like how I create my own art!
➤ Why Do You Draw?
I think what pushes me to keep going with my art is knowing how ecstatic my work has made my clients over my time being an artist. Knowing that my own hands can create a piece of art that can make someone's day start off a little brighter is what makes me happy and proud of my work.
➤ Where Do You Plan to Take Your Work?
Currently I am in plans to continue growing the range of options to choose from when it comes to commissioning me for custom work. I am starting to gain interest in helping design characters, world building, possible video game designing? Who knows, my brain is too big sometimes.
➤ What Programs Do You Use?
I use a variety of programs. Most of my work is completed on Paint Tool SAI 2, while final touches and effects are contributed through programs like Photoshop.I'm familiar with programs such as.. Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop, Animate, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Unity.

Before commissioning the Artist, each client(s) must review and agree to the listed Terms Of Service below. It is important that each client is on the same page as the Artist in order to achieve the best possible for the commission.
Thank you!

Unfortunately at the beginning of October the admin/moderators for Commiss.io have abandoned responsibility for the entire site. Commiss.io will no longer be used to gather payment from this point forward.
✦ Refunds:
If you are looking to commission the Artist and may be at risk of a refund, commissioning the Artist is kindly discouraged due to the fact most to all of the income made from commissions is spent on bills, prescriptions, therapy, food, needs and more. When there is a requested refund from a client(s) the Artist will then take on another commission or sell ych/adoptable in order to fill in what needs to be returned. All refunds will be preformed through Paypal.
Not Started: 100% refund.
1st WIP Sketch Phase: 75% refund.
2nd WIP Sketch Phase: 50% refund.
Completed: 0% refund.
✦ Payment Plans:
The Artist offers payment plans for larger commissions such as Full Illustrations and Reference sheets. Large commission projects that take various steps to complete make for a better template to organize payment plans. The Artist does not like to leave client(s) empty handed when work is paid for. For example, if one were to commission the artist for a Reference Sheet the Artist would break down each step it would take to complete the Reference sheet by-monthly.
First Month.. Payment is made.. WIP Sketches
Second Month.. Payment is made.. Line Work
Third Month.. Payment is made.. Coloring
Fourth Month.. Payment is made.. Completion/Further Rendering
( Client(s) are more than welcome to discuss a payment plan that can work with the situation at hand, maximum of 5 months payment plan . )
✦ Commission/YCH Routine Process:
Commissions:
Submitting an Application: Once the Artist opens for commissions, the public will have a set amount of time to fill and submit a form through the Artist's Google Forms. As of right now this is the best method of commission inquires for the Artist. The Artist will Contact: If the application submitted was successful at making it's way onto the Artist's queue, the Artist will contact the client by the information given in the Google Form. If the client is unable to respond within 24 hours the commission slot will be closed and reopened to the public. ( Do not be discouraged if your commission application is declined, the Artist has very limited time unfortunately! )Gathering Payment: As expected, depending on the payment option the Artist will communicate how payment will be received. Once payment is received, work will begin as soon as possible.1st WIP Sketch: To avoid time being wasted, the Artist will loosely draw a pose placement for the commission and send it to the client for approval of the position/concept. Once the 1st WIP sketch is approved, the Artist will then move onto filling in more details to the WIP sketch so far.2nd WIP Sketch: At this phase the Artist will have filled out enough details to guide the project into completion. ( A maximum of three minimal changes can be made here, anything further or excessive will result in a fee. )Completion: Once the WIP sketch is completely approved of, the Artist will then move onto completing what is left to finalize the project. ( If there is any major changes requested once the commission is completed it will result in a fee to contribute said edits. Everything should be approved before moving onto the completion step.)Delivery: When the commission is completed and proved by the client(s), they will receive an email with all files associated to their commission attached. ( Delivery email is gathered during application filling. )
YCHs:
Claiming a Slot: When the Artist releases a YCH sometimes the piece will have multiple slots or singular pieces, they will make sure to address how to claim a slot properly. (YCHs are hosted in their Discord Server. The Artist will Contact: Once the slot(s) have been claimed the Artist will reach out accordingly to gather information to fill in the space for the YCH slot(s). If the client(s) is unable to respond within 24 hours the YCH slot will be closed and reponed to the public.Gathering Payment: As expected, depending on the payment option the Artist will communicate how payment will be received. Once payment is received, work will begin as soon as possible.Editing the Sketch: As usual, the Artist will have the YCH drawn and posed as necessary where the only changes needed would be to draw the character(s) into the piece. Changes must be asked of to change here before moving onto completing the project.Completion: Once the edited YCH sketch has been approved, the Artist will then move onto full rendering the piece as purchased for. ( If there is any major changes requested once the YCH is completed it will result in a fee to contribute said edits. Sketch should be approved before moving onto the completion step.)Delivery: When the YCH is completed and proved by the client(s), they will receive an email with all files associated to their YCH attached. ( Delivery email is gathered during application filling. )
✦ Completion Time:
Each month the Artist will take on just enough commissions for a month's worth of work. During this month the Artist will complete and deliver all work owed that has been paid for. However there will be times that the Artist may be behind on work due to outside situations that impact the time they have to complete what is owed. Usual completion time is anywhere between a week to a month! It depends on where the Artist will place your commission onto their queue, all placements onto the Artist's queue is based on how they can comfortably get work done in a timely manner!
✦ Edits + Charges:
During the 1st WIP Sketch Phase any changes can be made here that are minimal to the pose, however if the client(s) change the pose drastically that results in the Artist having to redraw more than half of the pose sketch- the Artist will charge for another sketch. ( 50% of the original commission price. )At the 2nd WIP Sketch Phase a maximum of three minor changes can be made free of charge. If there are more changes past that point, each change will be $10-$20 depending on the severity of the change.Once the commission is complete any MINOR changes such as coloring, patterns, markings, etc is acceptable. However anything that involved heavy linework, redrawing or starting from the ground-up will result in a ranged fee depending on the severity of the changes made. ( $15-$35. )
