Have any questions? Concerns about your commission? Feel free to reach out to the artist!

Please only reach out to the artist in relations to art and or business. Thank you!

✦ Basic Requirements:

  • If the client is filling out a Google Form for a custom commission, the client must give a form of contact. (Discord, Telegram, or Email)

  • References given to the artist must be clear of watermarks and high enough resolution quality in order to color pick properly.

  • Commiss.io and or PayPal as form of payment for their commission(s). (Commiss.io preferred for now!)

  • Any and all information for said commission either if the commission is a YCH or custom commission must be clear and understandable.

✦ Completion Time:

  • At the first weekend of each month, the artist will take in a month's worth of commission work. With that being said most to all commissions depending on complexities will be completed in the month that the commission was placed. (Ex: A commission purchased in August would be completed in August.) However there is times where the artist may open early torwards the end of a month to then begin working on commissions the following month. Depends on where weekends lie.

  • For YCHs the same policy applies just the same as custom commissions unless clarified otherwise by the artist. (Ex: Emergency funds, unexpected bills, etc.)

  • Overall, the artist has a policy to "add more detail than paid for" if the commission/YCH takes more than two weeks to a month to complete to compensate for lateness to complete said commission/YCH. (Ex: The artist may throw in a detailed background to make the commissioned piece or even create an alternate version of the commissioned piece. Such as lighting, clothing, or even expression changes. It all in act of an apology for being behind on work.)

  • The artist is fond with keeping their client(s) updated with life events or anything that would postpone completion time for commissions/YCHs. Consider joining the artist's Discord Server for announcements, community, and more!

✦ Adult Content and Age Concerns:

  • In general, all clients must be the age of 18 or older in order to purchase a commission of any type from the artist.

  • Any users, followers, person(s) who interact with the artist who is underage will be blacklisted until they are not of age.

  • DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS ARTIST IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE. PERIOD.

  • If there are any changes requested that is not mentioned in the original information given by the client there will be a fee ranging between $10-$30 or more depending on the complexities of said changes.

  • If there is an instance where the WIP sketch must be redrawn entirely on behalf of the client's lack of information given for the concept there will be a fee in total of 50% of the original custom commission price.

  • If there is an instance where the client has received the completed commission and there is small details missed on behalf of the artist, there will be no fee. (Ex: Facial markings, piercings, small details.)

  • If there is details that was not clarified to the artist that needs to be addressed once the commission has been completed, depending on the complexities of said detail(s) the fee can range from $30-$50 or more depending on the severity of said changes that need to be made. (Ex: Facial expression changes, pose changes, color changes, etc.)

✦ Forms of Payment and Refunds:

Forms Of Payment:

  • All payments must be made full within 24-48 hours after invoice has been sent to the client, payment plans are negotiable.

  • CashApp, Commiss.io or PayPal only!

  • At this moment in time CashApp and Commiss.io are the most preferred methods of payment due to the limitations the artist's PayPal account possesses.

Refunding:

  • Clarifying this before hand, most to all of the funds the artists receives from commissions are put directly towards supporting the artist. Such as medical bills, insurance bills, gas, doctor's appointments, therapy and so on. If there is a instance where a form of refund is requested regardless the occasion, the artist will have to open for another commission to retrieve those funds for you. The return of the client(s) money may take a couple of days until the artist can receive another commission to replace said client(s).

  • Please do not commission this artist if you are at risk of possibly needing a refund.

  • Payment processing takes time, so please be aware it may take a while for your refund to get back to you. As stated before do not commission this artist if you are at risk of needing a refund. Thank you!

  • Not Started: 100% refund

  • WIP Sketch Phase: 50% refund

  • Completed Commission: 0% refund

✦ Process for YCHs and Commissions:

  • Payments will be made through PayPal, Cashapp, and or Commiss.io only as of right now. The choice between PayPal, Cashapp or Commiss.io will be upon the artist's depending on the situation.

Claiming A YCH Slot:

  • Once the artist has posted a YCH that is available for purchase, the artist will direct users to either comment on the post or DM the artist in order to claim the YCH slot(s). The availability of said YCHs may be limited depending if they are flat priced, auctions, multi-slots, and so on.

  • From there, the artist will close the YCH for purchase, contact said client who claimed the YCH, and ask for details from the client(s) in order to complete said YCH(s).

  • When the artist has all the details needed in order to begin said YCH, the artist will then send a Commiss.io link to recieve payment.

Submitting a Commission Application:

  • When the artist is open for Commissions, the artist will post an announcement that will have a Google Form linked where interested client(s) can submit a commission application.

  • The Google Form will be accessible for the next 24-48 hours depending on the flow of applications submitted over time. Meaning the Google Form may be closed if the number applications submitted has stopped for a long period of time.

  • Once the Google Form is closed, the artist will go through said submitted applications and pick which applications are best fit for the artist to pursue in means of a Commission.

  • When chosen, the artist will directly contact each client(s) that have been selected. From there, the artist will walk each client(s) through the payment process.

Purchasing a YCH /Commission :

  • Paying though PayPal: If the artist has chosen to use PayPal as form of payment for your commission, the artist will send you an invoice through PayPal using the email that has been gathered during either the Commission application process or during communications with the artist. Payment is completed through PayPal from the client(s).

  • Paying through Cashapp: As an option for clients when submitting a form, the artist will ask for the client's cashapp @ so they can send a request for the funds to be paid.

  • Paying through Commiss.io: Now Commiss.io is a little complex, but the artist has the process set up in a way to make payment as easy as possible for the artist and client together. Once a "Project" has been requested by the client, the artist will then approve of the project and send an invoice in return to the client for payment.

WIP Stages:

  • For both YCHs and commissions alike, the artist will return to the client(s) with a WIP sketch that has been drawn from scratch or edited depending on if the client(s) have purchased a YCH or a custom commission.

  • For YCHs the pose and overall concept of the piece has already been created, the sketch that had already been made for said YCH will be edited in ways to meet the character design of the one(s) who purchased it.

  • For custom Commissions the artist will begin by 'storyboarding' the commission's concept and overall pose, very simplified shapes and lines to get the point across for the commission. Once the client(s) have given approval of the pose that has been drawn, the artist will then move onto filling in more details for the sketch to move onto the second stage of the WIP phase.

  • When the client is presented with the final WIP sketch, any changes and adjustments can be made there. Any changes that are made after the final WIP has been approved will be have a fee. (See Edits and Charges section for more information.)

  • Once the WIP sketch has been approved by the client(s) the artist will then move onto completing said YCH/Commission for the client.

Completion and Delivery:

  • Once the client has approved the commission complete and has no further need of adjustments, the artist will send the client a email with the commission files attached. Both a high resolution and low resolution. (Emails are collected while filling a form for a commission.)

  • It is very important to keep track of your commissions, the artist eventually will archive said projects in order to keep space for storage.

  • CLIENTS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR THEIR COMMISSIONS.

SAMUEL || 24 || He/Him

My interest in art began at a very young age, possibly as early as elementary school. I was so intrigued with drawing I would get my sketchbooks taken away during class for "not paying attention".

As I got older my skills grew, I managed to make my very first fursuit in 2017. Managed to get an oil-pastel project from my art class featured in a local college campus. Taught myself how to animate and work around various other digital programs and physical media.

While the world got more serious, I began to grow serious. Living in a world that's growing too fast for me, I've been striving to better focus and organize my artwork in hopes to eventually maintain a living off of my work. I still have massive amounts of space to take up in terms of growing up, just doing what I can with what I have! ✧・゚:*

➤ What Programs Do You Use?

I use a variety of programs. Most of my work is completed on Paint Tool SAI 2, while final touches and effects are contributed through programs like Photoshop.I'm familiar with programs such as.. Paint Tool Sai, Photoshop, Animate, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Unity.

➤ Why Do You Draw?

I think what pushes me to keep going with my art is knowing how ecstatic my work has made my clients over my time being an artist. Knowing that my own hands can create a piece of art that can make someone's day start off a little brighter is what makes me happy and proud of my work.

➤ Where Do You Plan to Take Your Work?

Right now the commissions I offer are rather limited given I'm just now learning to manage my time and effort put into my work. As my presence online grows more noticable, my prices will begin to grow as well- but I always believe in having some form of commissionable artwork that is deemed affordable for most.My current plans are to begin taking on custom character designs, fursuit badges, toonies/chibis, and hopefully short animation YCHs! 。・::・゚★,。・::・゚☆

➤ What Is Your Fursona?

My fursona design has changed a lot over the years of being a 'furry'. As of right now my fursona is a tasmanian-devil and fox hybrid of some sorts. As a youngling, my fursona was always something related to a fox. Strangely enough I felt pressured that foxes were 'too common' for a fursona species. Once I got older I caved in and ignored the stereotype but tried to make my fursona as unique to me as possible!
